Basically, we are trying to encourage each other to be the kind of men God wants us to be. As well as just building friendships and spending time together informally, our men’s ministry includes the following elements.

men1Men’s Outreach Events
We run regular events for men who are members of All Saints to bring along not-yet-believing friends who can hear more about what we believe.  We usually meet over some food or to play sport.

Men’s Breakfasts

men6We also get together for breakfast now and again to tackle the challenges that we face as Christian men today, to hear some good Bible teaching, and to spur each other on.

men3Men’s Weekend Away
In 2013 we had our first men’s weekend away and it was a cracking time together, with challenging bible talks and discussion, great chats, a bit of hill walking, and some international rugby thrown in.

We also look to train the younger men in our church family by meeting up one-to-one and in small groups.  A number of our men have together taken part in “The Boot Room”, a course going deeper in bible handling and teaching.
